The Cove @Fota Island Resort

A new addition to Fota Island Resort, The Cove is the resort’s speciality restaurant. The imaginative menus draw on the head chef's love of nature and foraging. The object of this brief was to create a subtle nod to the hidden nature of the restaurant as it is located at the back of the hotel in a private dining area.

Fusing ancestral flavours, foraged plants, techniques and meticulous preparation methods, presents a remarkable gastronomic experience. It is a place to discover and uncover delicious flavours.

The printed collateral was designed to be minimal in appearance and produced using recycled paper.
